  • To be a member of the scheme for a minimum of 12 months
  • The fee is paid in by monthly standing order
  • Any price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • Non Payment of the fee will result in cancellation of contract,
    with no refund for amounts paid.
  • There is a 14-day ‘Cooling off’ period, during which time, no benefits can be accessed.
  • The price quoted is for 1 domestic sized boiler per property.
    Customers with multiple appliance will receive a discount on additional boilers at the same address.
  • Response times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Any repairs carried out under this scheme will still fall under the general terms and conditions herewith.
