Engineer arrived at the agreed time, was polite, tidy and knowledgeable and the issue was resolved quickly and with the minimum of disruption. Definitely recommend KD Jones and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Having had my radiators installed, the two engineers, James and Luke, are two wonderful young workmen. they carried out the job with gusto and enthusiasm; they are very friendly, efficient and also did a thorough clean-up when they finished. They even put all my furniture back in place for me. I would thoroughly recommend them and KD Jones for an excedllent service.

Brilliant service from Simon the engineer, the man deserves a bonus! He was really friendly, funny and knew what the issue was after two engineers who visited previously had fobbed me off and didn’t seem to know what was wrong. Simon got my hot water back on after 13 days without it! I cannot thank you enough and I’m kicking myself I didn’t offer you a cup of tea! Haha! But Thank you again for such a friendly professional service!
