Thank you so much to Mel - prompt, thorough and friendly visit to service my boiler - having been told by another company replacement parts were needed - Mel just gave everything a proper clean and all parts were reusable so no replacements needed. Felt here was a company who do not rip their customers off and they would be my 1st point of contact for any future breakdowns - 100% recommend them
