Brilliant service from Simon the engineer, the man deserves a bonus! He was really friendly, funny and knew what the issue was after two engineers who visited previously had fobbed me off and didn’t seem to know what was wrong. Simon got my hot water back on after 13 days without it! I cannot thank you enough and I’m kicking myself I didn’t offer you a cup of tea! Haha!
